The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping the online voice of TechInnovate Corp. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
- Generate engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, actively engaging with our audience and addressing their queries.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into our social media strategy.
- Execute paid social media campaigns to enhance reach and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform and refine our social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including analytics software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement.
